Our youth
leaders are elected to six month terms in early January and July every year.
Known as our Crew's "Key Three", these roles are a President (who is responsible for
the crew and its program), a Vice President (responsible for ensuring all
members have two or more roles in the Crew and that logistical details are
covered) and a Secretary (meeting minutes, directories, newsletters and other administrative
matters).
